Location & Schedule
Operating Room – Charlton Memorial Hospital, Fall River, MA
Hours: 40 hours per week
Shift: Day shift with weekend, holiday, and on‑call rotation (7:00 am – 3:30 pm)
New hire sign‑on bonus: up to $15,000 depending on experience (see details below)
Sign‑On Details
$15,000 for candidates with 3+ years of OR nursing experience
$12,000 for candidates with 1+ year of OR nursing experience
$10,000 for candidates with less than 1 year of OR experience or 1+ year of hospital RN experience
Eligibility: New hire or rehire with >1 year tenure

Responsibilities Under direction of the Manager, Patient Services or designee, perform a variety of duties involving coordinating total nursing care for patients, participating in patient and family teaching, and providing leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice within an assigned patient care unit.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing or equivalent is required.
Current RN licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required.
BLS certification is also required.
Three (3) months experience is preferred; six months OR experience preferred.
Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and COVID‑19 or be exempt with a signed statement.
