PHYSICAL THERAPIST – FULL TIME
MONTECITO OUTPATIENT REHABILITATION – GREATER PHOENIX/MESA AREA
Montecito Outpatient Rehabilitation is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing in‑house therapy team. Our outpatient program is led by Kyle Higgins, PT, an experienced clinician committed to providing high‑quality, patient‑centered care. As a valued member of our team, you can expect supportive leadership, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a real impact while maintaining work‑life balance.
FULL TIME:
Flexible schedule with excellent work‑life balance
Pay:
$40–$50/hour based on experience

hybrid outpatient model , where therapists provide services directly in assisted living communities. This unique setting allows you to build lasting relationships with your patients and deliver care in a familiar, comfortable environment — without the chaos of traditional outpatient clinics or the travel intensity of home health.
Every therapy team is in‑house – no contract therapy
Each clinic is locally operated with on‑site leadership and support
Decisions are made at the clinic level by those closest to the patients

Qualifications:
Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Arizona
