Physical Therapist – Pueblo Springs
Job at Flagship Therapy. Post‑acute care facility providing long‑term, short‑term, and geriatric services in Tucson, AZ. Full‑time and part‑time positions are available with a flexible schedule to support work‑life balance. Pay ranges from $40.00/hr to $50.00/hr based on experience.
Base Pay Range $40.00/hr – $50.00/hr
Responsibilities
Conduct effective screening and evaluation of patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, developing appropriate care plans in accordance with regulatory and clinical standards.
Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients, in compliance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
Administer procedures such as manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, use of supportive and assistive devices, and wound care.
Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers on physical disorders.
Generate comprehensive discharge summaries to ensure compliance with regulatory and clinical requirements.
Qualifications
Physical Therapy license required.
Open to Physical Therapists at all experience levels; new graduates are welcome.
