Qualifications
Proficiency in Blood Collection techniques and related laboratory skills
Knowledge of Medical Terminology and Medicine basics
Experience in Medical Assisting or similar clinical roles
Attention to detail and adherence to hygiene and safety protocols
Ability to follow standard operating procedures and maintain accurate records
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with patients and colleagues
Previous experience in a healthcare or laboratory setting is preferred
Certification in phlebotomy or relevant training is required
