Full‑Time | Reports to VP of Operations (UPI)

Are you a

Quality expert

with a strong background in Quality Assurance, Quality Control & Environmental, in construction, piping, or HVAC industries? We’re looking for a leader who can

own the process , ensure compliance, and drive excellence across our Business Unit.

Your Role

Lead

Quality & Environmental programs

for job sites and fabrication shops

Ensure compliance with

ISO 9001, ISO 14001, TS standards , and other certifications

Conduct

audits

using advanced tools to verify processes, including, but not limited to, welding certifications and documentation

Oversee

fabrication quality , ensuring that what goes out the door meets specifications

Partner with safety teams to track

painting usage, chemicals, and environmental impact

Drive

recertification efforts

and continuous improvement initiatives

Foster a culture of

quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

✅

Bachelor’s degree in quality management , Engineering, or related field

✅

5+ years of experience

in Quality Management and Environmental Compliance in construction or industrial sectors✅ Hands‑on experience with

ISO audits, TS standards, and quality systems

✅ Technical knowledge of

industrial construction, piping, and HVAC fabrication processes

✅ Ability to travel extensively across the U.S.
