Project Architect
Think! Architecture + Design, PLLC – New York, NY (Brooklyn) – Full‑time, in‑office.
Compensation $90,000 - $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus a generous benefits package.
Responsibilities
Provide overall team leadership for office projects.
Blend design abilities with strong technical experience to guide project execution.
Ensure highest quality buildings and spaces that serve the needs of the community.
Coordinate complex documentation and technical detailing across multidisciplinary teams.
Qualifications
8 to 10 years of experience as an architect.
Background in affordable housing, NYC‑based projects, technical detailing, and complex document coordination.
High level of BIM proficiency (Revit) and 3D modeling skills.
Strong draftsmanship using AutoCAD.
Creativity and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Competence in Microsoft Office Suite.
