Pay Range:

$28.00/hr – $30.00/hr

Overview Centurion Dealer Services provides a comprehensive selection of automotive protection products and dealership services designed to deliver exceptional customer service and innovative solutions to dealerships and their customers. We provide vehicle service contracts (extended warranties), Limited Powertrain Warranties, and other value‑added coverages to protect our customers' vehicles. Responsibilities

Duties include authorizing parts and labor costs for mechanical repairs to automotive vehicles.

Comprehensive knowledge of all OEM manufacturer warranties.

Ability to use all available online knowledge base and resources to stay apprised of any open recalls or technical bulletins by OEMs for various makes and models.

Communicate with dealerships and repair facilities to authorize necessary repairs and ensure that all procedures comply with contractual obligations.

Work closely with the dealership service department to review the claim and adjudicate it effectively to completion.

Responsible for the entire dealer and customer service experience.

Advise customers on vehicle care and the value of maintenance in accordance with manufacturer specifications.

Effectively communicate to the customer the repair and maintenance timeline.

Establish and maintain strong positive working relationships and loyalty with dealers and customers to encourage repeat and referral business, allowing for long‑term clientele.

Other duties may be assigned depending on the company’s workload requirements.

Qualifications

Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required.

Automotive trade school training and education/ASE certification preferred (required for a supervisor/managerial role).

At least six months to one year of automotive industry technician or related experience and/or training.

Broad knowledge of new vehicle technologies would be a plus.

Excellent customer service skills.

Ability to be analytical and multi‑task.

Ability to work with little supervision.Self‑motivated enthusiastic presence in a team environment.

Strong written and communication skills.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.

Consistent and stable work history.
