Experienced Auto Dealer Assistant Office Manager / Office Manager
Location: Cable Dahmer Automotive Group – Centralized Accounting Office (Executive Hills, Kansas City, MO)
Are you ready to take on a leadership role in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership accounting environment? We are seeking an experienced Assistant Office Manager or Office Manager to join our centralized accounting team supporting multiple rooftops across 8 dealerships.
What We’re Looking For
Prior auto dealership accounting/office management experience required.
Reynolds & Reynolds DMS experience is a strong plus.
Must bring a great attitude, strong integrity, and the ability to lead by example.
Willingness to put in the time and effort required to handle the complexity of a centralized office supporting multiple brands.
Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, proactive problem solver, and able to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the oversight of daily accounting operations for multiple dealership rooftops.
Support billing, title, inventory, accounts payable/receivable, and compliance processes.
Supervise and coach accounting staff to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency.
Maintain financial controls and assist with reconciliations and reporting.
Work closely with executive leadership and dealership management to ensure alignment with company policies and goals.
