What You Will Achieve Responsible for submitting payment documents in North America

Cooperate with business departments to collect expense invoices and other payment-related supporting documents, and submit payment applications in the expense control system. Ensure that the submitted payment applications have accurate information and comply with the company's payment compliance requirements.

Understand local payment methods in the United States. Assist in submitting vendor master data information and bank information to ensure the accuracy of the submitted information.

Collect urgent payment requests and synchronize them with approvers at all levels and the Treasury Department to ensure timely payment of funds.

Assist business colleagues in checking the status of payment disbursements and help correct bank information for vendors with failed payments.

Promotion of financial policies

Assist the local accountant in promoting the finance department's relevant financial compliance policies to ensure that colleagues in the United States understand the group's financial requirements without deviations.

Assist the local accountant in promoting Canadian tax compliance requirements to ensure that local colleagues understand the tax requirements without deviations.

Cross-departmental collaboration and communication.

Maintain close communication with various business departments, Finance, Legal, and Treasury. Timely feedback issues related to contracts, invoices, etc. to the local accountant or the Group's headquarters Finance Department to ensure that issues are followed up and effectively addressed.

Use of the expense control system and feedback on issues

Proficiently use the overseas expense system for document submission and inquiry of various information. If any problems are found during use, timely feedback to the system IT team to ensure the smooth progress of document submission work.

Other matters

Coordinate with the Group's Finance Department to complete other ad‑hoc projects.

What You Will Need Educational Background

Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Accounting, Financial Management, International Economics and Trade, or other related fields are preferred.

Work Experience

More than 1 year of experience in international accounts payable or related financial work; familiarity with international financial operation processes is preferred.

Work experience in a multinational company is preferred.

Professional Skills

Possess basic financial accounting knowledge.

Proficient in using office software (Excel, Word, etc.).

Experience in using large‑scale corporate expense control systems is preferred.

Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing; able to communicate fluently with native American English speakers.

Proficiency in Chinese listening, speaking, reading, and writing is preferred.

Possess a high sense of responsibility and professionalism; able to quickly master new knowledge and skills and adapt to the ever‑changing international business environment.

Have good communication and coordination skills and a team‑oriented spirit; able to communicate and collaborate effectively with different departments and international partners.

Possess strong problem‑solving abilities and risk prevention awareness; able to independently analyze and resolve various issues arising in work, and timely identify and respond to financial risks.
