Financial Analyst
to join our growing U.S. team.
Job Mission This role serves as a key financial function supporting the financial operations of Foxconn Technology USA Corporation. The Financial Analyst is responsible for financial planning, treasury operations, cross‑border reporting, and business performance analysis, ensuring financial stability, liquidity, and compliance as U.S. manufacturing operations continue to scale, while serving as a critical link between U.S. operations and global headquarters.
What You Will Do
Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to enable data‑driven business decisions.
Manage cash flow planning, treasury operations, fund allocation, and foreign exchange activities.
Prepare management reports and financial analyses to support communication between U.S. operations and global headquarters.
Support month‑end and quarter‑end close processes in compliance with group policies and U.S. financial standards.
Coordinate with financial institutions and support bank loan discussions or financing activities as needed.
Assist with external audits, internal controls, and financial compliance requirements.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (operations, engineering, HR, procurement) to provide financial insights and support business alignment.
Contribute to the establishment and continuous improvement of financial procedures as the U.S. entity expands.
Who We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, or treasury‑related roles.
Experience working in manufacturing environments is preferred; exposure to electronics, machining, automotive, or publicly listed companies is a plus.
Experience working in multinational organizations or U.S. business environments is required.
Strong skills in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and variance reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP or similar) is a plus.
Fluent English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Hands‑on involvement in building financial infrastructure for a new U.S. manufacturing entity.
Exposure to multinational, publicly listed manufacturing operations.
Development as a key finance partner bridging U.S. operations and global headquarters.
