Position Overview : Oversees and tracks leases of rental properties in Capital Health's portfolio as well as Condo Association documents as part of an integral team partner of accounting, administrative, and legal department within Capital Health. Follows leases of financial transactions, such as rents, sublease payments, renewals, taxes, and property expenses as well as Condo Association financial transactions. Leads in the development of new leases and real estate acquisitions, as well as property market analytics.
