Shift : First Shift - 06:30am-02:30pm
Pay : $18.00 per hour

Founded in 1948 by John Pridgeon and Donald Clay, we are one of the largest independent, value-added manufacturers and suppliers of automotive stamped and fine-blanked components in the United States.
Objective The Quality Dock Auditor supports the company as a quality resource via auditing in an exemplary manner according to the company quality policies.
Qualified Candidates Will Possess The Following Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Ability to visually inspect parts and properly complete paperwork
Experience using measuring instruments (such as micrometers, calipers, fixtures, and height gauges)
Computer literacy required
Excellent work record, including attendance
Essential Functions
Audit incoming and outgoing product according to procedures and instructions and contain all parts with nonconformances, packaging or labeling issues.
Identify potential quality issues and enter internal customers concerns through MQ1 for distribution.
Contain all suspect parts for external and internal concerns following tagging procedures and perform material review when necessary to make shipments.
Perform material review when necessary to make shipments and support containment for effective resolution of customer concerns.
Perform receiving inspection for receipt of product from outside processors and record/file appropriate incoming product/service information.
Develop and maintain dock audit checklists based on general requirement and special updates as required for labeling, 100% inspection, etc.
Include appropriate product documentation with shipments (i.e. material certifications, SPC documents, etc.) as required.
Support distribution center personnel as a quality resource.
Support QA personnel as required, i.e. supply parts, monitor orange (preproduction) tag parts, etc.
Support organization quality policy and procedures.
Safety/5S
Consistently adhere to, and support, company policies and procedures, including ISO, TS 16949 and safety regulations.
Identify potential safety issues and take appropriate action. Ensure environment is free of avoidable risks, and report concerns immediately, taking appropriate action to immediately rectify and resolve.
Organize and maintain personal work area and maintenance area per 5S standards.
Teamwork/Dependability
Consistently exhibit appropriate attendance habits, working the hours necessary to perform the job.
Perform other duties as directed by the Team Leader/Lead.
Provide necessary, accurate, and timely feedback of all pertinent information to co-workers and management, including training and validating/appraising work as appropriate.
Effectively communicate with co-workers in production and maintenance and management personnel to enhance teamwork and communication initiatives.
Accept instructions and duties in a positive manner, while treating all co-workers with dignity and respect.
Assist in maintaining company values (Integrity, People, Customers, Ownership, We Can If…Safety) daily, through thoughts and actions.
