What You’ll Do
Interview, screen, and evaluate candidates for both technical capability and cultural fit
Work closely with a tight-knit team of ambitious, high-achieving professionals
Use resume databases, referrals, outreach, cold calling, sourcing tools, and creative techniques to fill roles quickly
Write compelling job postings to attract top technical and engineering talent
Conduct full life-cycle recruiting across multiple industries
Perform reference checks and ensure candidate credibility
Build strong candidate pipelines for recurring technical roles
Partner with leadership to provide insights on talent pools, sourcing strategies, and market constraints
Document all activity with precision and consistency
Comply with EEOC guidelines across all hiring practices
