What You’ll Do
Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, addressing concerns and providing guidance.
Facilitate conflict resolution and foster a positive workplace culture.
Maintain an intimate understanding of organizational departments and build productive relationships between employees and leadership.
Ensure legal compliance by monitoring, communicating, and interpreting applicable federal, state, and company requirements, laws, and regulations.
Assist in the performance management process, including goal setting and performance reviews.
Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance-related matters.
Facilitate the administration of the company’s diverse compensation programs for exempt and non-exempt employees.
Keep HR management informed and seek direction on complex issues.
Conduct exit interviews, analyze data to identify trends, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Serve as a trusted HR advisor to employees and managers, providing guidance on HR-related matters.
Stay informed about HR trends and best practices.
Perform other duties as needed.
What You Have
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience.
2-4 years of relevant HR experience.
HR certification preferred.
What You’re Good At
Strong knowledge of technical, process, and business principles.
Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
Multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive data.
Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite.
Additional Requirements
Occasional travel may be required.
