Job Summary The Human Resources Coordinator supports all HR functions in Spokane, WA, ensuring a positive people‑focused culture and compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the HR team to create positive associate engagement.
Act as the first point of contact for associate HR inquiries.
Conduct bi‑weekly payroll audits for incentive plan payouts and benefits accuracy.
Maintain HRIS and LMS data, providing technical support to associates.
Prepare materials for performance reviews and benefit open enrollments.
Provide backup for benefit administration insurance inquiries.
Lead new hire orientation and onboarding process.
Complete, verify, and maintain I‑9 documentation.
Assist HR generalists with off‑boarding.
Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing laws, and procedures.
Qualifications

Excellent organization and time management; meet deadlines.
Ability to manage relationships with associates and managers.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred; associate’s degree required.
1+ year relevant HR experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, HRIS, LMS, ATS, and other applications.
Valid driver’s license and insured/operable vehicle.
