Portfolio Reporting Specialist (Senior Accountant)
Amur is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Portfolio Reporting Specialist (Senior Accountant) to join our team.
General Position Description The Portfolio Reporting Specialist must have strong Excel, analytical, and accounting skills and be able to communicate effectively.
Major Duties And Responsibilities
Prepare monthly servicer reports for each facility/securitization accurately and timely.
Record journal entries into Microsoft Dynamics and reconcile at time of entry.
Prepare portfolio analysis and other facility‑management related analyses.
Prepare borrowing requests, including assignment agreements, borrowing base certificates, and concentration reports.
Manage data and contract inventory, review contract termination eligibility, and resolve custodian exceptions.
Prepare daily cash position summary.
Execute cash transfers related to servicer reports.
Produce reports ensuring adequate liquidity for expected originations.
Optimize leverage at each facility respecting concentration limits.
Support the Capital Markets team in the documentation process for new facilities and securitizations.
Assist in facility and securitization AUP audits.
Create ad‑hoc reports to support management.
Other tasks as assigned.
Perform portfolio analysis.
Requirements Education, Experience, Skills & Abilities
Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred, but not required.
Exceptional PC skills, including proficiency in MS Office and customer applications; extensive Excel knowledge preferred.
Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline‑driven environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self‑motivation with strong initiative, organization, accountability, and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
