About the Role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Senior Accountant to support our clients accounting, financial reporting, and analysis functions. This role is heavily involved in month‑end close, financial statement preparation, and process improvement, while also partnering with the CFO on budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, analytical, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, growing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Manage general ledger activities, journal entries, and account reconciliations
Support month‑end close and ensure timely, accurate reporting
Maintain compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies
Support internal and external audits, tax filings, and compliance reporting
Maintain lender reporting, including borrowing base calculations
Budgeting, Forecasting & Analysis
Assist with annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long‑range financial plans
Develop and maintain financial models, including three‑statement models
Analyze financial results, identify variances, trends, and performance drivers
Prepare management reports, dashboards, and KPIs for leadership
Provide ad‑hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and cost optimization
Cross‑Functional Support & Process Improvement
Partner with FP&A, Operations, Sales, and HR to support financial planning and decision‑making
Communicate financial insights clearly to non‑finance stakeholders
Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, controls, and reporting efficiency
Support automation and system improvement initiatives within accounting and reporting
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
2–4+ years of experience in accounting, corporate finance, or FP&A
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
Experience with three‑statement financial modeling
Advanced Excel skills required; strong ERP and accounting system experience
Modular, construction, rental, or leasing industry experience preferred
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly
High attention to detail, sense of urgency, and results‑driven mindset
