Senior Emerging Technologies Specialist

Overview Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) delivers high-impact, technical solutions to complex national security issues. With over 50 years of expertise and continuous innovation, SPA supports the U.S. Space Force, Combatant Commands, the Intelligence Community, and NASA. SPA seeks a Senior Emerging Technologies Specialist to join the Caledonia Program Emerging Technology Support team.

Responsibilities

Establish emerging technology processes, strategies, and approaches to support portfolio management.

Document capability gaps and technology gaps in accordance with Government Reference Requirements Guidance.

Develop and deliver an IT system and service technology roadmap, including technology gap assessments and insertion plans.

Design, manage, implement, and account for technology interfaces in support of office and groups.

Conduct resource and technology investment reviews, identifying interrelationships with other enterprise processes, cost, schedule, and performance, and present improvements to the Government.

Required Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship with TS/SCI + Poly clearance at date of application.

Bachelor's degree in a related field.

8+ years of experience supporting enterprise architecture development activities.

NRO or IC mission experience.

Ability to excel as a collaborative team member through open communication, transparency, and flexibility.

Ability to relate professionally with senior Government customers and colleagues.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to report to the designated work location in Chantilly, VA, full time as needed for the customer.

Desired Qualifications

BS or MS in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics.

Certifications related to functional responsibilities, such as ITIL or AI certification.

Familiarity with JIRA/Confluence.

Knowledge and understanding of Intelligence Community IT Enterprise (IC ITE) service offerings, architectures, and service adoption.
