Job Responsibilities
Prepare and review journal entries and assist with month‑end close
Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations
Oversee and support a small accounting team (3 direct reports)
Manage sales tax and use tax filings and compliance
Assist with inventory accounting and controls
Oversee petty cash and daily cash activity
Support the Controller with reporting, process improvements, and special projects
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
3+ years of accounting management or supervisory experience
Strong understanding of general accounting principles and procedures
Hospitality industry experience preferred
Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level
