Escrow Manager
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Escrow Manager to lead and manage a growing real estate title and escrow office. This role is ideal for a hands‑on professional who thrives in a leadership position, understands the full lifecycle of a real estate transaction, and is confident managing approximately 50 residential and commercial transactions per month.
The Escrow Manager will oversee all escrow operations, manage staff, ensure compliance, and act as the primary point of contact for agents, lenders, buyers, sellers, and underwriters. You will be supported by an assistant handling abstractor and title support duties, allowing you to focus on escrow management, client relationships, and office leadership.
Escrow & Transaction Management
Oversee and manage the full escrow process from opening to closing
Handle and supervise approximately 50 title/escrow transactions per month
Review closing statements, CD/HUDs, deeds, and loan documents for accuracy
Ensure timely, compliant, and smooth closings
Resolve title, escrow, and closing issues proactively
Run day‑to‑day operations of the office
Supervise and delegate work to support staff
Establish and maintain workflow efficiency and accountability
Serve as the primary decision‑maker for office operations
Client & Partner Relations
Maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, lenders, attorneys, and underwriters
Act as the face of the office for key clients and partners
Deliver high‑level customer service and communication
Support business development through professionalism and reliability
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and underwriter regulations
Follow best practices for escrow handling, funds disbursement, and recordkeeping
Maintain confidentiality and data security at all times
Prepare for audits and underwriter reviews as needed
Qualifications & Experience
Years of prior Escrow Manager or Senior Escrow Officer experience
Experience supervising staff
Familiarity with title production software
Kansas title/escrow experience (or transferable state experience)
Skills & Attributes
