Mid-Level Commercial Real Estate Associate
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid) A leading Am Law 100 firm is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Associate with 3–5 years of experience to join its growing New York office. This is a strong opportunity to work at the center of a nationally recognized real estate practice with exposure to complex, cross-border transactions and a direct line to institutional investors, developers, private equity clients, and REITs. Ideal Background Includes:
3–5 years of experience handling commercial real estate matters at a major law firm Proven experience with acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and joint ventures Strong drafting and negotiation skills across purchase / sale agreements, loan documents, and leases Experience reviewing title, survey, environmental, and zoning documentation Admission to the New York Bar J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school with excellent academic credentials Nice to Have:
Exposure to multi-jurisdictional transactions and capital markets structures Experience advising on development projects and collaborating with cross-functional legal teams Why This Firm:

The estimated base salary range for this position is $215,000 to $310,000 , based on experience. Bonus eligible. Benefits:
