Manage commercial real estate loan closings for all production offices.
Analyze third-party reports and legal documents with written recommendations to our lenders
Ability to draft tenant documents such as Estoppels and Subordinations
Coordinate and verify satisfaction of all closing conditions and due diligence with borrowers, lenders
Maintain accurate and complete electronic checklists, database records and closing files for audit and compliance purposes
