Our client is an Am law 100 firm, seeking a junior level litigation associate with at least one year of experience for its commercial litigation practice in New York. The salary for this position is between $205k to $225k.
Qualifications
1-3 years of commercial litigation experience in state and federal courts or arbitrations.
Experience or interest in complex litigation involving contract disputes, breach of fiduciary duties, debtor and creditor matters, partnerships and shareholders, unfair competition, and consumer class actions.
Experience drafting pleadings and contested motions, depositions, written discovery and responses, and arguing motions.
Excellent writing and oral advocacy skills are required.
Clerkship and court experience is a plus but not required.
New York bar admission is required.
All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
