Salary: $123,500–$212,850
A well‑established law firm in Southeast Austin is seeking a litigation associate to join its practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an associate who wants meaningful courtroom experience, direct attorney mentorship, and a healthy work‑life balance.
Practice Areas Business Law Estate Planning, Probate, and Related Litigation
The ideal candidate will have prior litigation experience and a desire to actively handle cases from start to finish. You will gain hands‑on courtroom exposure and work closely with experienced attorneys who are committed to mentoring and professional development.
Each attorney is supported by their own dedicated paralegal, allowing associates to focus on substantive legal work rather than administrative tasks. Annual billable hour requirements at the firm are extremely manageable (1500 hours) and associates receive an end‑of‑year bonus based on performance.
