Entry-Level Litigation Associate
to join a growing law firm in the Austin area. This opportunity is ideal for a newly licensed attorney who has passed the Texas Bar and is seeking hands‑on litigation experience with firm-provided training and mentorship.
Base pay range $80,000.00/yr – $100,000.00/yr
Job Duties
Assist with all phases of litigation, from pleadings through trial.
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses.
Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda for senior attorneys.
Support case strategy development and trial preparation.
Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel professionally.
Participate in hearings, depositions, and litigation proceedings.
Requirements
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
Active Texas bar license in good standing required.
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
Interest in litigation and courtroom advocacy.
Ability to manage deadlines and work collaboratively.
New graduates encouraged to apply; firm provides training.
Salary and Benefits Up to
$100,000 DOE
