New Reach Education is a company based in Tempe, Arizona staffed with eLearning and marketing experts dedicated to advancing and improving the information‑age through financial literacy. We are building a new, emboldened class of entrepreneurs, and our mission is simple: Unlock financial freedom through practical and actionable education. We offer online courses in areas such as wholesaling, investing, and publishing, giving students a hands‑on experience to grow their network, skills, and abilities while connecting with industry experts.
As a Community Coordinator, you’re the heartbeat of our online communities — the friendly face, encouraging voice, and the one who keeps the good vibes flowing. You’ll help members feel seen, supported, and fired up to learn, grow, and connect.
Responsibilities
Lead and moderate discussions in our private Facebook groups, keeping conversations on track, positive, and aligned with company standards.
Support live Zoom sessions, managing chats, tracking questions, and addressing technical hiccups before they impact the flow.
Partner with Senior Coordinators and Experience Managers to launch new engagement ideas that keep our community thriving.
Travel a few days 3 to 4 times a year.
Manage member records, access permissions, and updates with accuracy and care.
Guide members through our programs and resources, pointing them toward the right opportunities at the right time.
Collaborate with Brand Directors and other departments to ensure every project and campaign is smooth and aligned.
Monitor community feedback and share insights that help us elevate the member experience.
Ensure every interaction reflects our values — respectful, uplifting, and professional.
Handle back‑end tasks such as documentation, reporting, and communication tracking.
Support the team wherever needed to help members shine.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in community management, customer success, or member engagement.
Ability to keep online spaces positive, productive, and fun.
Strong time‑management and organizational skills, able to juggle multiple priorities.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills, capable of engaging members from new joiners to high‑level speakers and consultants.
Tech‑savvy across Facebook, Zoom, Kajabi (or similar platforms).
Creative problem‑solver who loves helping people.
Bonus: Experience in Real Estate, Education, or Member/Student Services.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred, but passion and people skills are equally valued.
