Long-Term Contract | Onsite
Looking for MULTIPLE Windows Support Techs in North Fulton County. This is fully onsite, hands-on role supporting school campuses and district offices with critical classroom technology, hardware, and daily end-user issues. If you enjoy problem-solving, face-to-face with staff, and keeping technology running smoothly, this role offers immediate impact while growing your technical skill set.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot Windows devices, printers, tablets, smart boards, projectors, and mobile devices
Support LAN/WAN environments and assist with basic networking issues
Perform device imaging, setup, and configuration for new deployments
Maintain documentation, asset tracking, and inventory records
Partner with Service Desk teams and IT coordinators to resolve tickets in a timely manner
Technical Breakdown
70% Windows OS Support
20% Hardware Troubleshooting
10% Networking / LAN Support
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years providing technical/end-user support in an enterprise or school environment
Strong hardware troubleshooting skills across laptops, tablets, printers, and A/V equipment
Experience with LAN/WAN support, network connectivity troubleshooting
Familiarity with enterprise tools such as Active Directory, Remedy, LANDesk/Intune, or similar
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and common browsers
Reliable transportation for onsite school-based support (mileage reimbursement available)
Bonus / Preferred (If applicable)
CompTIA A+ Certification (or willing to obtain)
