Temporary Administrative Assistant - Scanner role at CBIZ. This posting describes the temporary scanning position and related administrative duties. Responsibilities
The temporary scanning position will primarily consist of converting paper to scanned images. Perform quality analysis of the images to ensure accuracy and completeness, readability, correct indexing, proper orientation, and accessibility. Other administrative tasks may include greeting clients, opening, distributing, and posting of mail, as well as filing. Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required Positive customer service skills Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally Proficient use of applicable technology Attention to detail, time management and ability to multi-task Ability to lift 30 to 50 pounds Preferred Qualifications
Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work well independently and within a team Must be able to work Monday – Friday, a 40-hour work week, with availability for overtime on weekends if necessary, for the period of 2/9/26 – 4/15/26 About Us
