Project Manager – Dematic
Dematic is seeking a Project Manager to oversee complex projects, manage scope, schedule, budget, and lead cross‑functional teams.
Responsibilities
Identify and manage project risks with actionable mitigation strategies.
Analyze project profitability forecasts, manage monthly costs, and ensure timely invoicing.
Provide Project Management practices and solution development leadership to pre‑sales efforts.
Define and demonstrate equipment, subsystem and system performance criteria.
Develop detailed project schedules inclusive of engineering, installation, integration activities.
Apply systems engineering principles in project execution and pre‑sales solution development.
Develop customer business case, proposal, estimate, and high‑level schedule.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering (preferred).
Minimum 3‑5 years’ experience in material handling industry.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
Strong Project Management background.
Team leadership and facilitation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and MS Projects.
