Audi Warranty Administrator
role. Join our team of over 300 warranty administrators and work from home to support Audi dealerships across the US.
Summary of Position The position requires previous automotive dealer experience managing warranty claims. Candidates must demonstrate excellent customer service, accurate claims processing, and a commitment to professionalism and integrity. This is a full-time opportunity; part‑time work is not offered. A non‑compete agreement is required.
Required Experience
Previously held a position as a Warranty Administrator in a franchised automotive dealer.
Qualifications / Required Skills
Ability to motivate others to reach their highest potential, particularly within dealership staff.
Good working knowledge of DMS software.
Knowledge of automotive dealership service departments and warranty accounting processes.
Proficient at reading technician stories and applying appropriate labor codes.
Certified or trained in at least one manufacturer.
Core Responsibilities
Review claims for manufacturer compliance with policy and procedures.
Utilize our proprietary CARS application to assist in resolving every dealer compliance issue.
Book, close, and submit claims for payment.
Account for and clear differences in payment.
Maintain a clean warranty receivable schedule to ensure proper cash flow to dealer clients.
Maintain appropriate certifications and knowledge of updated P&P.
Help dealerships stay compliant with manufacturer policy.
Job Location
Work remotely in the U.S. or at our Greenwood Village, CO office if within convenient distance.

$45,000–$65,000 per year.
