Role Description
This is a full-time remote role located in Flower Mound, TX, for an Automotive Warranty Administrator. The main responsibilities include processing and submitting warranty claims, managing warranty schedules, ensuring compliance with warranty guidelines, communicating with manufacturers and customers, reviewing claims, maintaining detailed records, and providing excellent customer service to contribute to the success of the dealerships served by the company.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Warranty Administration and experience with processing automotive warranty claims
Proven ability to deliver high levels of Customer Satisfaction and exceptional Customer Service
Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members
Proficiency and confidence in Computer Literacy for accurate data entry and working with warranty software systems
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Familiarity with dealership processes and automotive industry standards is a plus
