This role focuses on fostering client relationships, improving sales performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Qualifications Experience in talent acquisition, team building, and training facilitation Proven sales, business development, and leadership skills Strong communication, relationship management, and interpersonal skills Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and goal-oriented mindset Adaptability to a hybrid work environment and proficiency in remote communication tools Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
