This is a full-time hybrid role based in Newnan, GA, with the flexibility to work from home part of the time. The Account Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships with businesses, identifying their benefits needs, and delivering tailored solutions. This includes developing new sales opportunities, facilitating enrollment processes, and providing ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction. Additionally, the Account Executive will collaborate with internal teams for strategic planning and account management to drive value for clients.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction and collaboration with internal teams. Organizational and time‑management skills to efficiently manage various client accounts and meet deadlines. Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and enrollment platforms. Ability to analyze client needs and develop tailored solutions for workplace benefits programs. Experience in insurance, employee benefits, or a related field is preferred but not required.
