Job Duties
Drive continuous supply chain optimization through process standardization, process improvement initiatives, and leveraging supply chain analytics. Oversee inventory control, planning & order fulfillment processes to meet customer expectations. Manage transportation planning and logistics coordination using transportation management systems (TMS) to optimize freight movement and reduce costs. Implement Lean methodologies and continuous improvement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Oversee budgeting activities, procurement, purchasing & materials management to control costs & maintaining service levels Requirements
3+ years working as a Warehouse Manager in a Manufacturing Environment Knowledge of inventory management, warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems like AS400, and supply chain analytics tools. Strong experience in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma. Experience managing budgets while analyzing supply chain data for continuous improvement opportunities. Knowledge of 3PL operations, NVOCC logistics practices, and transportation management systems (TMS).
