Altland House Hospitality Group is looking for a part‑time, in‑office HR Operations Coordinator to help build and optimize our HR systems and processes.
This role focuses on benefits administration, performance reviews, recruitment, compliance, and supporting managers with tools and training.

Key Responsibilities
Build and optimize HR systems, processes, and documentation.
Maintain accurate employee records and profiles in HR platforms (Toast HR).
Coordinate benefits administration, including enrollments, status changes, and compliance reviews.
Assist with performance review processes and employee engagement initiatives.
Support recruitment efforts: create job postings, manage applications, and assist with onboarding.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, certifications, and required postings.
Collaborate with managers to provide HR system training and guidance.
Monitor and update company policies and employee handbook.
Assist with payroll‑related adjustments (reimbursements, deductions) and verify timecard accuracy.
Manage insurance and 401(k) program administration, including enrollments and reporting.
Handle employment verifications, unemployment claims, and workers’ compensation documentation.
Other duties as assigned by Executive Management Team.
Qualifications
2+ years of HR experience (operations, benefits, or compliance preferred).
Strong organizational and process development skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Familiarity with HRIS systems (Toast HR experience a plus).
Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently in a part‑time capacity.
