Key Responsibilities
Operate Esco machinery following standard work instructions.
Load and unload parts and monitor machine cycles.
Perform basic visual and dimensional inspections.
Accurately record production and quality data.
Identify and report quality or equipment concerns.
Perform basic cleaning and light preventative maintenance.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
Basic math skills (counting, measuring, simple calculations).
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift as required.
Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
Training Provided Training is provided for candidates with the right attitude and desire to learn.
