Responsibilities
Hand deburring very small to medium sized parts; majority of work done under a microscope will be sitting
Use of various micro hand deburring instruments
Inspection of parts to ensure quality requirements
Assemble components: position, align, and connect parts and subassemblies
Maintain good housekeeping
Adherence to quality control standards and procedures
The selected candidate will perform other tasks assigned as needed
Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience
Knowledge of tools and components
Skills
Comfortable asking questions about quality criteria in place for various parts
Open and honest communication is a critical aspect to success in role
Work well in a team environment and be willing to partner with other departments to solve problems
Must be on time for the start of your shift and able to work overtime if needed. Self-motivated team player with a good work ethic and produce quality work in a timely fashion
