Role Description This is a full-time on‑site role for a Service Technician located in Santa Fe Springs, CA. The Service Technician will perform maintenance and repair of exterior building access systems, troubleshoot equipment issues, and provide field service to ensure reliable operation. Responsibilities also include addressing client concerns, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with team members to maintain high service standards.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Maintenance, Maintenance & Repair, and troubleshooting equipment
Proficiency in field service operations and handling repairs at customer locations
Ability to deliver excellent Customer Service and maintain professional communication with clients
Problem‑solving aptitude with attention to detail and safety
Experience with high‑rise building systems or related equipment is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a physical, hands‑on environment
Relevant technical certifications or vocational training are advantageous
