Pineapple House, a premier Assisted Living Community, is seeking a dedicated and qualified Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. This position is essential in ensuring the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of our beautiful community.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all maintenance operations within the community.
Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs.
Coordinate and perform repairs and preventive maintenance on building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.
Supervise and train maintenance staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and best practices.
Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ordering as necessary.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and staff.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding facility maintenance.
Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience in a maintenance supervisory role, preferably in a residential or assisted living setting.
Strong knowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills for maintenance management software.
