Brief Description
To perform review of repairs to ensure compliance with established Quanta Manufacturing repair procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain cooperative, diplomatic working relationships with co-workers, supervisor, and the local community.
Work as part of the team and collaborate with co-workers and colleagues.
Responsible for reading, understanding and following all Work Instructions (WI’s) for each function performed.
Responsible for working in compliance with safety and all other training.
Adheres to and supports QMN’s Corporate Policies and Procedures.
Responsible for ensuring components are properly installed into chassis.
Responsible for ensuring that the correct operating system and related drivers, and software are loaded correctly to each serviced system.
Responsible for inspecting products to ensure product is assembled correctly.
Responsible for inspecting products to ensure product is labeled correctly.
Responsible for completing applicable paperwork completely and accurately.
Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment by identifying all safety hazards and recommending corrective actions when necessary.
Responsible for utilizing proper lifting and material movement techniques at all times.
Actively works to improve processes in the company.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Other Skills And Abilities
Computer literate in a Windows Environment; Excel, Word, Power Point, Access, Internet.
Basic math skills.
Accurate counting skills.
Detail oriented.
Good organizational skills.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Must be self‑motivated with ability to use own initiative.
Flexibility to change direction frequently with little notice.
Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Able to complete projects under tight deadlines.
Legible handwriting.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Able to maintain confidentiality.
Able to handle routine assignments of a repetitive nature.
