Overview:
Kaleidoscope ABA values innovation and applied behavior analysis therapy for children with autism. This role provides direct treatment and ABA therapy to children under BCBA supervision.
Responsibilities:
Work one-to-one with children, implementing individualized treatment plans.
Assist in data collection and behavior analysis activities.
Maintain a safe and engaging environment for children.
Collaborate with the BCBA and fellow team members.
Required Experience & Education:
High School Diploma or GED.
6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical capability for standing, sitting, lifting, bending, kneeling, crawling, etc.
