RN Registered Nurse – Night Shift

is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high‑quality care during our 12‑hour night shift schedule.
Salary & Shift Premium Base rate: $38.00 per hour Night Shift Premium: $4.00 per hour Hero Pay: $3.40 per hour Total Night Rate: $45.40 per hour Annual wage increases apply.

12‑hour night shift, rotating weekends, and some holidays

Location WellBridge of Clarkston is just minutes from Flint and Pontiac—less than 1 mile north of I‑75 and north of Pine Knob.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive nursing care, including IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis.
Administer medications per physician orders and advise patients and families about medication changes and treatment plans.
Offer preventive and supportive care to promote patients’ physiological and psychosocial well‑being.
Supervise the nursing aide team—assign tasks, provide training, and contribute to performance evaluations.
Deliver exemplary customer service and hospitality to patients, families, and visitors.
Qualifications
Current Michigan RN license and CPR‑BLS certification.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in nursing (or higher).
Strong analytical skills for developing care plans and solving complex problems.
Excellent communication, empathy, teamwork, and organizational abilities.
Dedication to high‑quality, patient‑centered care.
Certifications Required CPR‑BLS Certification, RN Registered Nurse.
