Childology Behavior Therapist
(Registered Behavior Technician, RBT) in our cutting‑edge clinic. Our mission is to enhance the lives of children on the autism spectrum through the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions to children aged 2‑6 in our clinic, adhering to industry standards.
Implement intervention plans developed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
Build rapport and maintain ongoing communication with families, providing regular updates on progress.
Participate in continuous training and professional development to stay abreast of ABA advancements and maintain certification.
Qualifications
Preferently enrolled in or completed a degree program in Child Development, Psychology, or related fields.
Ability to obtain and maintain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (paid training provided by Soar).
Previous experience working with children, especially those with autism, and a passion for helping them thrive.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Reliable transportation to both training location and local center; punctuality is essential.
Physical capacity to sit, stand, shift, lift up to 50 lbs., kneel and walk as required.
What We Offer
$21.50–$28.50 per hour, with regular bonus and promotion opportunities. Initial hourly offer between $21.50 and $22.75.
