Childhood Behavior Therapist Join Soar Autism Center as a dedicated Childhood Behavior Therapist, contributing to the enrichment of children on the autism spectrum using the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) and Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) techniques.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions to children aged 2-6 in our clinic, adhering to professional standards.

Implement intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts, ensuring alignment with ABA principles.

Build rapport and maintain ongoing communication with families, providing regular progress updates.

Participate in continuous training and professional development to stay current with ABA therapy advancements and maintain certification.

Qualifications

Preferably enrolled in or completed a degree program in Child Development, Psychology, or related fields.

Ability to obtain and maintain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification; paid training provided by Soar.

Previous experience working with children, particularly those with autism, and a passion for helping them thrive.

Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.

Reliable transportation to training location and local center; punctuality is essential.

Physical capability to sit, stand, shift positions, lift up to 50 lbs., sit or kneel on the floor for extended periods, and walk/run short distances as needed.

What We Offer

$21.50 - $28.50 per hour, with regular bonuses and promotion opportunities; initial hourly pay will be between $21.50 - $22.75.
