Summary

DME and Rehab: The Patient Service Specialist maintains, delivers, picks up, repairs equipment, and instructs patients on proper usage. Assists with completion of patient account information forms, and when appropriate collects payment. Concentrator Check: The Patient Service Specialist conducts preventive maintenance on Concentrator Checks, and is expected to maintain Category II (oxygen) medical equipment in accordance with manufacturer recommendations and State regulations. All Patient Services specialists are required to complete a health screening physical, carry the medical card with them while working and undergo random drug and alcohol testing. Perform other duties as assigned. Responsibilities

Maintain, deliver, pick up, repair equipment and instruct patients on proper usage. Assist with completion of patient account information forms and collect payment when appropriate. Conduct preventive maintenance on Concentrator Checks and maintain Category II oxygen medical equipment. Complete health screening physical, carry medical card and undergo random drug and alcohol testing. Qualifications

HS Graduate or Equivalent GED. Driver’s License – State of Florida. Background Screening
