Shift Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Weekend Work: Occasional
On Call: No

Responsibilities
Evaluate and develop specific treatment programs for individual patients based on their needs and the principles of Occupational Therapy.
Provide appropriate level of clinical direction for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.
Maintain Basic Life Support or complete BayCare's Basic Resuscitation Course (BRC).
Required Certifications and Licenses
Occupational Therapist State of Florida Licensure
Basic Life Support
Driver's License – Florida (required within 30 days of hire)
Education
Bachelor’s in Occupational Therapy
Preferred: Master’s in Occupational Therapy
Experience
1 year Occupational Therapy experience
Preferred
1 year Home Care experience
Background Screening This position requires Level II screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse, managed by the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA). More information can be found at https://info.flclearinghouse.com.
