Job Title: Direct Support Professional (DSP) Location: Shelby County, TN Position Type: Part-Time

Responsibilities
Provide hands‑on support to individuals with disabilities in their homes and community settings.
Assist with daily living activities, skill‑building, and transportation to appointments or activities.
Promote independence, dignity, and quality of life for all members.
Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
Requirements
Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation (travel throughout Shelby County required).
Ability to work flexible part‑time hours.
Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
Previous experience in caregiving or DSP roles preferred but not required.
