Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on support to individuals with disabilities in their homes and community settings.
Assist with daily living activities, skill-building, and transportation to appointments or activities.
Promote independence, dignity, and quality of life for all members.
Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
Requirements:
Valid Driver’s License
and
reliable transportation
(travel throughout Shelby County required).
Ability to work flexible part-time hours.
Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
Previous experience in caregiving or DSP roles preferred but not required.
