Consisting of three key brands – FASTEN Packaging, Orchard Custom Beauty, and Roberts Beauty – IBG helps businesses create quality beauty products. From concept and design to getting products on shelves and online, we can support retailers, brands, and wholesalers with everything they need to get ready for retail.

We are currently looking for a Senior Accountant who will report to our Finance Director and will be a critical mid‑level finance professional responsible for managing complex accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL :

Oversee daily accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and inventory accounting.

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

Lead month‑end and year‑end close processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and balance sheet maintenance.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, providing actionable insights to senior management.

Develop and maintain financial models to assist in business planning and strategic initiatives.

Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure data integrity.

Supervise, mentor, and develop junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.

Collaborate with external auditors, tax advisors, and other partners to facilitate audits and tax compliance.

Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.

Assist the Finance Director with ad hoc financial analysis, reporting, and special projects.

Job requirements ABOUT YOU :

Degree in accounting, Finance, or related field

4‑7 years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory or team‑lead responsibilities.

Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.

Knowledge of NetSuite ERP is a must.

Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
