Your Responsibilities On The Team
5+ years experience as an Escrow Closing Assistant or Escrow Officer
Ability to process cash, loan, refinance and other transactions independently, from contract execution to closing
Ability to spot potential closing issues and resolve them timely and professionally
Prioritizes and meets deadlines and handles multiple tasks
Performs assigned clerical duties
Regularly monitors office supplies and orders needed supplies
Maintains the log books
Printer and copier administration and maintenance
Mailing, postage and distribution of mail
Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent
Reception and/or customer service training preferred
Microsoft Office experience required
Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements Requires in-person attendance at company offices during regular hours. Requires ability to work more than eight hours per day in confined quarters, climb stairs and ladders, lift up to 50 pounds, operate a vehicle, and use a computer keyboard.
Compensation & Benefits Hourly rate: $18.00 - $31.00 (subject to adjustment). Eligible for bonuses, commissions, and benefits as described by company policy.
